3. Booking and Tour Policies

When submitting a booking request, a callback request, or registering for workspace tours:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal and contact details.
• We reserve the right to decline tour requests or callbacks for verification reasons or due to space constraints.
• Workspace access plans are personal to you and cannot be transferred or sold to any other entity.

4. Acceptable Conduct in Coworking Spaces

QuickStart cultivates a professional and creative community. Members are required to:

• Keep noise levels appropriate for a shared work environment.
• Use internet facilities for legal purposes only. Torrenting or visiting illicit sites on the QuickStart network is strictly prohibited.
• Refrain from actions that damage physical space interiors, equipment, or interfere with fellow members' productivity.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, custom designs, 3D graphics, photography, layout, logos, and trademarks displayed on this site are the exclusive property of QuickStart Spaces. You may not reproduce, distribute, or copy any elements without written authorization.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
